Mimes/Drama
PWAP mimes can perform for a wide variety of audiences. They have mimes that appeal to kids, teens, adults and seniors. They perform at festivals, church functions, in parks, and special events.
They don't say much but the message is strong and clear...
The Mime team have a large compilation of skills, skits, and talents they can use to minister. They have performed Carman's "The Champion" on main stage at Hopefest. The also have performed "The Redeemer". In our festival ministry they have wondered throughout the crowd keeping in character sharing God's love. This Team along with the Puppet Team built over 6000 balloons at Luis Palau's Puget Sound Festival in Seattle (over 150,000 people attended this event). They also perform short mimes that contain a solid biblical message.
During Hopeclubs (a VBS like program) the mimes present short skits geared help the children understand God love for us.
The newest ministery of PWAP is the Drama team. Established to present Dramatizations of how God can make a difference in each of our lives, only having to accept him and believe he is the Son of God.
The Drama team presents a variety of biblical messages to a wide range of audiences. Using all the human emotions to get the point across that Jesus died for us so that we may live forever.
